Amazon.com ruins Christmas surprise.

For the past couple weeks my parents have been requesting that I create a Christmas list so that they know what I want/need. Well, just like last year, I made an Amazon.com wishlist. Maybe they changed the way it works, but now it gives you the ability to see what people bought for you. By default….. Terrible idea. It can be useful so that people don’t load up on duplicate gifts, but come on, do a better job at designing you site. At least require people to turn that feature on.

Another good alternative would be to use del.icio.us to create a list. Here is my list since I took the trouble to make it. Now you can all load up on duplicate gifts for me.
